FIVE 2-HOUR VIRTUAL PEER GROUP SESSIONS
On leadership fundamentals, held bi-monthly. Each session fosters open dialogue and shared problem-solving in a confidential, growth-focused space.
FIVE 90-MINUTE 1:1 COACHING SESSIONS
With an ICF-certified coach, scheduled in alternating months. These sessions offer space to set goals, tackle challenges, and accelerate personal leadership development.
10-MONTH GUIDED LEADERSHIP JOURNEY
Includes 10–12 participants from non-competing industries, fostering diverse perspectives. Virtual-first format supports busy schedules, with optional in-person coaching and a focus on applied, sustained growth.
