Program Overview
Our flagship 7-month program helps high-potential professionals strengthen leadership fundamentals, expand their network, and achieve measurable growth — all with a schedule that fits the demands of busy leaders.
Each participant experiences a powerful blend of peer learning, leadership development, and one-on-one coaching, designed to create lasting impact.
Duration: 7 months (approx. 2 hours per month)
Peer Sessions: 5 group sessions (every six weeks)
Coaching: 5 individual sessions between group meetings
Group Size: 10–12 leaders per cohort
Impact: Enhanced leadership skills, greater confidence, and stronger results for both the leader and their organization
Program Structure
Created for emerging leaders ready to level up, this program blends collaborative learning with personalized guidance. The experience drives consistent reflection, new perspective, and measurable leadership progress.
Five 2-Hour Virtual Peer Group Sessions
On leadership fundamentals, held bi-monthly. Each session fosters open dialogue and shared problem-solving in a confidential, growth-focused space.
